A huge thank you to all the parents who came to our spooky s’mores event. It looked like everyone had so much fun, we can’t wait to do it again for our Christmas party!

Christmas party - We are excited to hold our annual Christmas party again on Wednesday 3rd December (530pm-7pm).
We look forward to seeing you in our Christmas clothing and there may even be a special guest!
Christmas Nativity - Tuesday 9th December- This is for our preschool leavers
All year round children break up for Christmas on Wednesday 24th December. Term time only children will be Friday 19th December.
Aimee our lovely preschool room head will be moving on to a new role as a deputy manager at a new setting, her last day will be 27th November. We would like to thank Aimee for all her hard work and wish her lots of luck in her new venture.

Toddlers have been enthusiastically exploring a wide range of arts and crafts this month. They have enjoyed using various mark-making tools to create lots of different and colourful pieces of artwork, allowing their creativity to shine. Toddlers then happily incorporated creative crafts with Black History Month, drawing carefully around their hands, and joyfully learning about different cultures and diverse families.
Babies have been wonderfully creative this month. They explored using their body parts, such as their hands and feet, to make a variety of different marks. After that, they extended their creativity by using various mark-making tools, including tubes, brushes, and sponges, to make unique and colorful prints on the paper. This hands-on activity has helped to stimulate their imagination and sensory development.
Toddlers have been celebrating Halloween through various fine motor skills activities. They have practiced their pouring and emptying through witches potion making as well as exploring the spider web Pom Pom collecting. They used tweezers to sort the Pom Poms into the correct colour bowls.
This month preschool have enjoyed celebrating Halloween. We have explored different characters and created our own stories through roleplay and dress up. The children have also practised their fine motor skills through various activities such as pumpkin playdough, weaving spider webs on natural resources and getting creating using various shapes and stamps to create their very own Halloween collage.
In Preschool we have been exploring the season of Autumn. We have have been learning about nocturnal animals and animals that hibernate and find warm homes. The children have created their own nocturnal animals using clay. Once dry we have used natural materials to create warm homes for our animals.
