Welcome back!
A big welcome back, we hope you all enjoyed the May half term and are well rested!! There have been no changes to the team since our last newsletter but as always if you have any queries please do pop into the office at any time!
Holiday club
We are now taking bookings for our August holiday club which will be running from Monday 29th July to Friday 30th August (excluding bank holidays) spaces are limited and filling up fast so get booked in ASAP to avoid disappointment!
Warleigh Lodge
The time is fast approaching where we will say goodbye to our school leavers from here at Broadwood, which means we took our annual trip out to Warleigh Lodge Farm with them all! The children fed the chickens & goats, rolled down a bank, had a ride on a tractor and lots more. Check out the photos on our Broadwood page!
Weather
It’s warming up alot and the UV levels are rising so can we please remind ALL parents that they must provide a labelled bottle of suncream for your little ones, so we can ensure they are well protected when we go outside. You will also need to provide weather appropriate clothing such as shorts/ t shirts and sun hats!
Babies
Babies have enjoyed lots of messy play this month! Check out our Broadwood page for more photos!

Toddlers
Toddlers have had lots of fun practising their puzzle skills this month and getting messy with gloop! They’ve also spent lots of time out enjoying the sunshine!
Reminders
Invoices
Can we please remind all parents that the balance on invoices must be paid in full by the 15th of each month. Invoices that are not paid will be subject to late payment charges as per the parental contracts. At the bottom of your invoice you will see bank details to which payments can be made.
Session times
Children that are dropped off early to sessions or collected late from sessions will be subject to additional charges as per the parental contracts, see the below extract from the contract.
Children that are collected late, without pre-arrangement, at the end of their session will incur a late pickup charge of £7.00. For children who are still not collected by 18:15, a further charge of £15.00 will be administered.
For children who are still uncollected by 18:30, a further charge of £1.00 per minute will be administered.

Sports day and Graduation (school leavers only)
We will be hosting our annual sports day and graduation ceremony for our preschool school leavers on Saturday 6th July from 11:00am- 1:00pm here at Broadwood. There will be a fun filled hour of sports and then the graduation ceremony.
Please feel free to bring along picnics as we are expecting nice weather but can we please remind you no nuts are allowed!
