March 2023
Month in Pictures
World Book Day
We loved seeing all the fabulous World Book day costumes worn by both the children and staff on World Book Day! Can you spot any of your favourites?
The children also enjoyed taking part in some activities and re-telling some of thier favourite stories.
Out and About
Some of our Pre-school took a trip to a local care home to visit some of the residents. The children drew some pictures to take along with them. They had great fun singing some songs, dancing and making new friends.
Forest School
Nat, our Forest School Lead has been here this month and the children have really enjoyed getting out and spending time in nature. Pre-school have been designing a nature area in the garden and hoping some birds and bugs come to visit their new bug hotel! Babies have been exploring natural resources with playdough in the garden, and Toddlers have been roasting apples round the campfire.

As we will all be spending more time out in the garden in the coming months, we would love your help with some extra resources. We would love any donations of the following in safe, usable condition to enhance our play.

Nominate your Superstar
We love to hear from our families across Snapdragons about excellent service they have received. If someone at the nursery has impressed you, please fill in their details below and submit to the nursery. We run a rewards scheme for our teams and they can earn gifts by receiving nominations!
Car Park
As you know the car park can get very busy and has been particularly difficult recently getting in and out of the car park at peak times. Can you ensure you are allowing cars to exit the car park before trying to enter and if there is a queue to get in rather than blocking the road could we suggest that you pop round the corner to the side roads that allow for 4 hour parking whilst you drop off. The peak times tend to be around 8.30am and 5.15pm if you have some flexibility to avoid these times that would be helpful as well. Thank you for your support and understanding.
