Summer holiday fun!

We hope you all enjoyed your summer holidays, here is a few pictures of what we got up to over the summer.

Trips trips trips

The children have been out and about over the last month. Koalas went to Avon Valley, babies went to the local shops and Pandas went to feed the ducks at Victoria Park, take a look!

Millie’s Mark

Here at Snapdragons Weston we are working towards our Millie’s Mark. We are very proud that, as such a big site, we are pro-active in training all our staff in Paediatric First Aid.

“Millie's Mark will be awarded as a special endorsement to childcare providers that go above and beyond these minimum requirements by having 100% of staff trained in paediatric first aid, and also ensuring that everything learned during the course is kept alive and in the forefront of practitioners’ minds so that they are confident, ready and capable.”

Race for Life

On Sunday 22nd September we are running the 5k Race for Life, in memory of our friend Abbie, lost family members and anyone affected by cancer. We would love it if you could give us your support and got behind us for this challenge. Dates for your diary

Coffee morning - 27th September - We are helping to raise money for MacMillan. The children will be making cakes and cookies ready for you to buy and eat. Donations can also be made at the office.

Concept Photography - 7th & 8th October - If your child does not attend nursery on this day you are still welcome to bring them in for a photo, just let the office know if you plan to do so.

Parents evening - 22nd October

Spooky spark night - Monday 4th November - Join us for some sparklers, marshmallows and hot chocolate.

Christmas parties - 10th Dec - Puffins (3pm-5pm), 11th Dec - Babies (3pm-5pm), 12th Dec - Toddlers (3pm-5pm) and 13th Dec - Flamingos/Parrots (10:30am - 12:30pm).

Nativity - 16th & 17th December - More details will be given closer to the time.
