July 2024
Welcome to this months newsletter - This month has been such a busy month as we prepared to say goodbye to some of our Preschool Children as we have celebrated lots of different events throughout the month.
Baby Cottage
Babies have loved spending lots of time in the garden this month, we’ve had lots of water play and messy play outside in the sun! We’ve played lots of peek-a-boo, and had many smiles!
Baby Loft
Baby Loft have had a blast this month! The weather has kept us guessing but we’ve made the most of it: mark making, snack time and sensory play in the garden. Inside music has been a firm favourite and we’ve been enjoying learning new marathon signs for our sing and sign song circle time!
Toddlers
This month toddlers showed their love caring for animals, we gave our African land snails a bath and cleaned off their shells, we discussed the different foods that snails like to eat! We also had a very special visit from the fire service. Toddlers role played fire fighters and dressed up in their suits and pretended to put out the fires, we even had a visit from real fire fighters and we got to spray their big hose which was lots of fun, we had a tour around the fire engine and got to see all their equipment!
Preschool
Pre school have been spending time in the forest going on bug hunts and creating marks with what they have found in the forest, we also created our own paint.
