February 2020
Our Books of the Month
Keep an eye on your porridge, as we will be reading ‘Goldilocks And The Three Bears”. Once you are all full up, then come and join in our game of I Spy as we read ‘Each Peach Pear Plum’.
Valentines Day Tea Party
We are having a Valentine’s Day Tea Party Friday 14th February, and you are all invited! Join us from 15:30-16:30, as we celebrate love with sandwiches and cookies!
World Book Day
Thursday 5th March we will be celebrating World Book Day. Send your little one dressed as a character from their favourite book, and see how many familiar characters you can spot around the nursery!
February Half Term
Please remember that if your little one attends Term Time Only and receives funding, then your Half Term dates are 17th- 28th February. If you do not receive any funding then Term will resume on the 24th.
Sessions
Now that we have moved into the new year, we are due to have a considerable increase in the numbers of children. This does mean that it will become increasingly hard to swap or increase sessions - particularly as we move into the Spring term. We will always do our best to try and accommodate requests, but this may not always be possible.
Pre-School Swaps/Sessions
From February any swapped sessions in Pre-School must be within the same week. In addition to this if you are wishing to change your booking pattern it must be done at the beginning of the term, we are unable to amend booking patterns midterm. Apologies if this causes any inconveniences, but this is all so we are better following the guidelines set out by BANES.
