Environmental focus

As a company Snapdragons is focusing on what we can do to protect and care for the environment and world around us, and doing our bit to become greener each and every day. As a company we no longer use sequins, glitter, straws or balloons due to the environmental impact they have, and we are constantly looking for new ways we can improve other areas.

We have introduced recycling bins into all of the rooms and are now focusing on recycling natural resources instead of plastic.

Over the coming months you will see more and more focus on this and your little ones will be involved too. We are now part of Eco-Schools- you can read on to find out more below about this programme.

Our babies ventured out into the forest garden to explore and see what natural resources they could discover!

They then used these resources to create their very own natural instruments!

What’s new at Broadwood?

Sadly this month we wave goodbye to Gemma from Toddlers, Denise from breakfast club and Polly from the office!!! Join us in wishing them the best of luck!

We have welcomed Dylan to our baby room team, and Ffion who has been with us a while has moved to join the toddler team to support the babies with their transitions into the toddler room.

Reminders

Bank holiday

We will be open as normal on the Bank holiday - Monday 26th August, so if your little one normally attends a Monday they are booked in for their normal session.

Absence

If your little one is going to miss their session for any reason, whether it’s illness or just a day at home, please remember you must let us know, either prior to or the day of the missed session. Please don’t be surprised if you receive a call to make sure everything is ok from Kerrie or Amy if you do miss a session.

Changes to bookings

Please remember that we need a month’s notice for any changes you wish to make to your little ones booking pattern, including ending their sessions.
