What’s new at Broadwood?
There have been some recent changes in the nursery team and Brooke has moved to join our toddler team and Ffion will now be working in our baby room.
As always if you have any questions please feel free to pop into the office.
Christmas Party
On Thursday 13th December from 4:30pm - 6:00pm we will be holding our annual Christmas Party here at Broadwood. There will be games, music, nibbles and even a special visit from Santa!! This is an event for all of our children and parents so please do come along even if your little one is not booked in for a session that day.
Christmas closure
We will be open as normal on Monday 24th December 8:00-6:00pm but from Tuesday 25th December to Tuesday 1st January the nursery will remain closed for the Christmas period. We will be open again as normal from Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
All year around children will be back to normal sessions from Wednesday 2nd January.
Term time only and funded term time only children will return for their sessions from Monday 7th January.
Holiday club
We will be running our holiday club on Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd, and Friday 4th January for our out of school children.
On Wednesday 2nd we will be taking the children Swimming
On Thursday 3rd we will be going to the cinema
On Friday 4th we are taking a trip to Westonbirt Arboretum with Tim!
Spaces are filling up fast so please book in soon to avoid disappointment!
Whats been happening in Babies?
Babies have been enjoying lots of time exploring the outdoors this month and using lots of natural resources in their messy play!
Whats been happening in Toddlers?
The toddlers have also been using lots of natural resources in their play this month and making the most of all the leaves! They also enjoyed spending some time with Tim toasting apples in the forest school garden!
Whats been happening in Preschool?
Preschool have been enjoying the outdoors a lot this month, and with a visit from Tim spent some time toasting yummy apples over a fire in the forest school garden!
