Spring - Summer 2021
Where has time flown? One minute the spring leaves had just sprung and the next the summer days are drawing to a close. We’ve been very busy here at Redland these last few months and we want to share with all of you what the children have been up to!
Easter
We made the most of the sunshine at Easter by ‘cracking’ on with activities including an Easter-themed Relay race with our Preschoolers and a Storytime session in our Babies Group with a very special guest - the Easter Bunny!
Playdough
We learnt how to make playdough and how to make them different colours.
A World of Make-Believe…
We’ve also been dressing up and playing lots of pretend - I wonder what everyone will grow up to be?
Trips
Despite the constant change in weather the children have been out and about on trips around the local area. Lots of things to discover and lots of fun to be had!
Artists in the making!
We’ve been getting in touch with our creative side with lots of drawings and painting.
What shall I learn today?
The children have been learning how to do every day things themselves - from preparing their own food to gardening!
Making sense of the world…
We learn about the world around us using touch, taste and smell - there is so much to discover here at Snapdragons Nursery that there is always something new to discover each and every day.
