Nominate a Snappies Star

Nominate a star - Is there a staff member that you would like to be acknowledged for all their hard work this year or someone who you would just like to thank? At Snapdragons we run a reward scheme for our employees, nominations from parents mean stars for the staff that can go towards a range of different rewards and prizes which can include sweet treats, hampers, meal vouchers and even a trip to the spa, so if you would like to reward the staff remember to fill in the online form sharing your lovely words. Hedgehogs

Our babies have had so much fun in the garden this month! They took a magical trip to the baby garden beach, where they enjoyed building sandcastles and splashing in the cool sea. They have also been making time to enjoy their favourite stories and explore outdoor play - embracing the sunshine and fresh air whenever they can!

Squirrels

This month, the Squirrels have been hard at work in the garden, showing lots of care as they looked after our strawberry plants. We can’t wait to taste them soon - hopefully! To mark World Earth Day, the Squirrels got creative with a special beach themed tuff tray and nature inspired playdough.

Otters

This month Otters have been putting their maths skills to the test by keeping track of how much they’ve all grown! Using measuring tools and number recognition, the children have been excitedly comparing heights and learning about measurement in such a fun, hands-on way! Otters have also been getting crafty by using natural materials to created their own beautiful works of art.

Badgers

This month Badgers has been hands-on (quite literally!) with colour mixing. Our curious colour detectives were set the exciting task of discovering what happens when different colours are combined. Using their hands to mix paints, the children explored a rainbow of possibilities and learning all about colour mixing. After all the coloursful chaos, they helped lend a hand with the clean up - using the bubbly water to help. Fantastic teamwork Badgers!

Deers

Preschool children have been making the most of the sunshine this month, giving the garden equipment a big thumbs up! It’s been lovely to see so much outdoor learning and imaginative play taking place in the fresh air. They also had lots of fun celebrating Easter - decorating their own Easter eggs and organising a special egg hunt for their friends to enjoy. A big well done to all our Easter Bunnies!
