Bottom Pre-School

Hi, I’m Amy Porter and I am the head of Preschool. I have worked in the preschool room for 10 years now and enjoy it just as much now as I did when I first started. I live just outside of Bath with my 3-year-old son Ronnie who is obsessed with Spider-Man! On my days off Ronnie and I love to bake and use our annual passes to visit Longleat together.

Hi, I’m Lily and I have been working at Snapdragons Grosvenor since January 2021 as a graduate apprentice. I am really enjoying my time here in the pre-school room. I love having the opportunity to be able to create such special bonds with the children and families of the nursery. A fun fact about me is I have a kitten and two Guinea pigs.

Hi I’m Abbie, I am NVQ level 3 qualified in childcare. I have been working with snapdragons for 6 years now and have always enjoyed my time here. During this time, I have worked in both the toddler and currently am in the preschool room. A fun fact about me is I have just had a little boy who is now 8 months old named Kobi.

Hi I’m Porsha and I have been working at Snapdragons for 8 weeks working towards my level 2 in childcare. I enjoy working at the nursery because I love being able to support children in their learning and getting to create amazing bonds with them and their families. A fun fact about me is I got into somerset county playing rugby for the Walcats!

Hi, I’m Lauren R. and I am Deputy head of Preschool. I’ve been working at Snapdragons for 3 years now and I love my job because every day is different. I enjoy seeing the children grow, develop, and love getting to make those amazing bonds with the children so they can become more confident and ready for their next big adventure. A fun fact about me is I tried to fly when I was little and broke my arm in the process and haven’t tried again since.

Hi, I’m Poppy and I am currently studying for my level 3 childcare apprenticeship at Snapdragons. I’ve been here for 5 months and am working in the preschool room. I enjoy coming to work every day because I get to meet new people and make friends, as well as forming relationships with the children. A fun fact about me is I have a double-jointed thumb.

I’m Charlotte and I have been working at Snapdragons Nursery for 4 years now. I love working in this environment as it has helped me create such amazing bonds with staff, children, and parents. No day is ever the same, but every day is filled with joy and laughter. The best part of it all is watching the children advance in everything they do and grow up into such lovely children. A fun fact about me is I am the oldest sibling of nine children.
