The days are getting shorter and we are approaching the spooky season! Keep a watchful eye for Witches and Dragons as we read Room On The Broom, and Meg and Mog!
Hello
Please say a warm hello to Katie! Amy (Nursery Manager) will no longer be working on a Wednesday, and so Katie will be joining us as Covering Manager once a week!
Babies have a new Nursery Apprentice, whose name is also Katie, and Ava will be moving from our Baby Room to our Pre-School Room.

We’re starting to feel the chill!
Time to put away the sun cream and sun hats! The weather is turning and so please remember to pack the appropriate clothing for your little ones - Hats, Scarves, Coats, Gloves, and Wellies! The girls in the rooms try hard to make collections as speedy as possible, but there can be a wait during busy periods so please ensure that your little one is dressed appropriately.
Illness
As we move into cold and flu season we would like to remind you all that children are currently not permitted to attend nursery if they have had any Calpol or other medicine that may disguise a temperature. In addition to this we understand that children will be picking up more cough’s and colds at this time of year, however in these uncertain times we cannot afford to take any chances and so any child with a persistent cough or temperature will not be allowed to attend Nursery until they recieve a negative test result. We appreciate that these may just be syptoms of a cold but we must do our best to keep all of our Children and Staff healthy, so we ask you to please keep your child at home if they are not well.
Halloween
Friday 30th October we will be having a mini Halloween party, there will be cotumes, dancing and party food! In previous years siblings, parents and any child in the Nursery would be invited, unfortunately this year we wil have to limit it to just the children who are due to attend that day. If you will be missing out on the party, then please feel free to send your little one’s in costumes throughout the week we would love to see them!

What have we been up to!
We have collected lots of Conkers, and all of the ages have been finding creative ways to use them!
Toddlers used conkers to practice thier mathematics!
Babies popped on some of our spare clothes and did some painting!
