Making a payment

Snapdragons invoices are created at the beginning of each month. You may pay your fees in a variety of ways.

 

  1. Childcare vouchers - we accept every type of childcare voucher from your employers. You may need a reference number for the nursery to set them up the first time. Please remember to use your child's name and nursery as a reference on all electronic transactions.
  2. Standing order - you may also set up a regular standing order from your bank account to be transferred to Snapdragons. Bank details are available on your monthly invoices. A reference should be used with your child's name and nursery. Direct debit is not supported at the present time.
  3. Cheque / cash - payments via cheque or cash should be handed in to a member of the nursery management. Cash payments are limited to a maximum of £150.
  4. Credit / debit cards - our Weston nursery is equipped with a card transaction machine for taking card payments either at the nursery or over the phone (01225 426255). There is a surcharge of 2% on credit card transactions. Debit cards have no surcharge.
