The Snapdragons Magazine launches

We are proud to announce the launch of a brand-new venture throughout Snapdragons.

Starting today, The Snapdragons Nursery Magazine will cover the best stories from all of the nurseries over the last season and look ahead to the next.

It includes insightful articles into activities at home, beautiful photos and artwork and competitions. You also have the opportunity to contribute to the magazine by sending in your own questions to be answered.

The magazine is out now and the next issue will be available in January 2011. It will continue to expand and evolve over time but we would appreciate any suggestions for articles that you would like to read.

Copies are available online and also for pickup at your nearest Snapdragons Nursery.

Dorothy House Midnight Walk

On Saturday 11th September we will be embarking on a fundraising walk around Bath in aid of Dorothy House Hospice Care.

Starting from Southgate shopping centre at midnight on Saturday, 34 of our staff will be making their way along a five mile circuit covering landmarks such as The Royal Crescent, The Circus, Royal Victoria Park and Pulteney Street.

We are aiming to raise £1000 for this charitable cause and we can only do this with all of your help so we would be extremely grateful if you would visit our fundraising page here and donate a small sum towards our team.

If anyone would like to come and support us that evening then we would love to see some friendly faces amongst the crowds.

Bank holiday Monday

3 Year old funding.

If your child is entitled to claim for the 3 year old funding in September, could you please see Katie in the office to confirm the hours your child will be attending and she will be able to explain how the 15 hours will work within Snapdragons Corsham. Thank you

Congratulations

We are begining to think there may be something in the water, as not only do we have the first member of staff in snapdragons to be expecting twins, we we also have the second at the same time!! A huge congratulations to Jo Field (from toddlers) and her husband Nick who are expecting  mid February 2011 and Katie Bolwell (pre-school) and her husband Andy who are also expecting  around mid February 2011. We are all really excited for you and wish you all lots of luck with your double troubles.
